Name: Finn
Age: 2 Years
Gender: Male
Rank/Rank Wanted: Sentinel
Eye Color: Gold
Personality: Finn's mentality is one that is driven by the company of others. He gets terribly lonely when he is alone, and most of the time he will find a partner to do everything with him if possible. The young male wolf also has a positive outlook on life and his glass is always half full. He may make comments in dire situations that proves this, because he truly believes that the pack can get through anything. He values friendship highly and is very forgiving in his nature. He always tries to see the good sides in people, even if they betrayed him in numerous ways, by making excuses for those who did him wrong. Additionally, some may find it uncomfortable, but Finn is very happy in a large group of other canines. He also immensely enjoys doing his favorite thing- exploring- in a group as well. He will almost never go exploring alone, even if he really wants to check something out.
Nature amazes Finn, to put it simply. He is easily enraptured by its beauty, and even tricked at times. Many a time has he sat, alone even, simply watching a sunset or some fish swimming upstream in a river. The sounds of nature are like an orchestra to him and he will gladly sit down and close his eyes as he listens to the music. He notices specific things about nature and believes nature speaks to him.
The male is very happy, outgoing, quirky, and intelligent. He would as easily share a meal with a friend or a stranger. He would quickly approach another even if he has not met them before and attempt to start a conversation, even if they seem to be in a bad mood.
History: Finn was born in a run of the mill pack with a mother, father, three sisters, and two brothers. All of them got along quite well as far as sibling rivalry goes. His litter was the last one that his mother had, and soon she was too old to have a litter. Though his father still stuck to his mate's side, the pack needed two dominants who could reproduce in order to continue the legacy. Finn and his littermates were too young in order to have any kind of say in the situation or become a dominant. All of Finn's older siblings either dispersed the pack already, except for his older sister, Lea, and one older brother, Bran. Lea did not show the qualities of a true leader, and therefore the only real candidate was Bran. He soon took up the position of leader and led the pack alone, always looking for a female that could become his mate in turn. As if deciding that he could wait no longer, Bran simply disappeared one night and left the pack in the dust. No one knew where he went or if he was even yet alive.
The pups were growing older and were about a year old by then. Their parents were even older and frailer, and did what they could in order for their pups to survive. They could not hunt, however taught their pups to get food and find resources. Through this Finn trained himself to be connected and to appreciate nature and its beauty, through simply survival instead of some kind of natural accident such as a fire or drought. Six months of this went by, and by then the pups learned that the age of their pack was over and they would need to leave. One by one, Finn's siblings dispersed to find their own family. Finn was the only one who remained with his parents. A couple weeks later, his father passed on. Not a mere week later, so did his mother. Now Finn was completely alone. For about five more months Finn learned to take care of himself and also missed his family dearly at the same time. He had always been surrounded by his siblings and parents, and all of a sudden he was an orphan before his time. Despite his outgoing nature, Finn did not happen by any female who really took his fancy. Deciding that leading a pack was not the best idea for him, he took the "high road" as he called it and looked for a pack to join instead. Having no qualms of meeting large amounts of people at once, he found Hemlock Creek and is hoping to continue his newfound life there.
Mate &(or) Pups: None / None
Weakness: When he gets in his "exploring zone", he is so intent on finding new landmarks and having fun from that, that he disregards his safety as well as the safety of any colleagues with him. It's a bad habit, but he just can't break it. Additionally, Finn has a weakness for honey.
Strengths: Quick on his feet as well as a quick thinker in terrible situations.
