Roleplay Seasons Empty

The season in bold below is the one we are currently in.

Winter
Snow now blankets the Elite's territory, causing great rejoice! The new element slows down prey and creates plentiful food with the passing of old animals. Even though this season is harsh, it is easy for the wolves. As herds migrate, the weak die, leaving a feast for the pack. With the passing of life, comes the creation of it as well. The mating season has come for the wolves and mates will be chosen. It is a time for great tension between members as members challenge one another for their desired mate.

Spring
A season of rebirth and sanctuary for those who faced great hardship in winter, Spring brings new life to the territory. Elk calves and wolf pups are being born. With the offspring coming or already there, more hunts are being assembled. Hunters will be strained to meet the needs of the plentiful, newly born hungry mouths. The mating season will span through mid spring, so the pack still faces great tension. Males are jealous and protective of their chosen mate, and females become angry and high strung. Pairs often leave the pack for a short time to spend time with one another and mate, though this is not always the case.Scavengers are rejoicing with the numerous kills, including the now awake grizzly bears. Beware their claws and fangs, for a lone wolf can fall prey to a desperatly hungry bear.

Summer
Summer is a time of plenty for the pack. The weather is hot, and although pleasant, can be tiring. Springtime pups are older now, and they are allowed to wander around so long as they stay close to the adults. The elk calves are now larger, but they are still inexperienced and make easy meals. On many days, the pack can be seen lazing around the den, without a care in the world. The struggle of winter and the tension of spring are gone, leaving only happiness and content within the pack.

Fall
Like Summer, Autumn is a time without much worry. Though there is still a lot of prey, the weather is getting colder. With the approaching winter, spirits are lower and the pack bands together in order to prepare for winter. The pack hunts only what they need, because over-hunting in the face of the oncoming winter famine would be suicide. A lot of vegetation changes colors for the winter, save the pines and firs.
